Cavo Otomotiv was founded in 1984 and is currently enjoying the position of market leader in Turkey in command cable production. Only three years later the company became an OEM supplier of brands such as Renault, Fiat, Toyota and many others.
Cavo did not stop just at the production of command cables but widened its production pallet to include spare wheel carriers, hand brakes and safety belt parts.
In order to, in an adequate manner, fulfill the increased demand the company moved to the industrial zone of Taysad, the only zone with the global expertise in automotive parts in Turkey. The new plant expanded its premises on 15.000 m² of closed space with modern technology infrastructure.
In the year 1996 Cavo obtained the ISO 9000 certificate, and from then on, its quality only grew. From 2006 the company possesses the following certificates ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
From 2012. Cavo also possesses the ASES certificate (Renault's Quality System), and form 2015 Q1 (Ford's Global Quality System).
Cavo is also active on the market of automotive parts. The Company provides to its clients OEM quality standard, as well as a wide pallet of product which is continually growing.
Cavo is the major supplier of command cables for: Fiat, Renault, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Ford, Toyota, Lada, Skoda, Lancia.
Each year Cavo increases its export volume and maintains the dominance on the domestic market. This development shall only continue with the building and maintaining of the brand strengths.
