A total of 92% share in the company Robert Bosch GmbH is in the ownership of Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH foundation. The majority votes is held by the industrial trust Robert Bosch Industrietreuhand KG which performs all the entrepreneurial functions. The remaining business share is in the ownership of the Bosch family and the company Robert Bosch GmbH.
