Cavo Otomotiv was established in the year 1984 and is now holding the leading position on the Turkish market in cable production. Only three years after it was established the Company became the OEM supplier for brands such as Renault, Fiat, Toyota and many others.

Cavo did not stop at just producing cables, but expanded its production pallet to include spare wheel carriers, handbrake levers and safety belt parts.

In order to satisfy the increased demand the Company moved to the Taysad industrial zone, the only zone with global expertise in automotive parts in Turkey. The new plant was positioned in an area of 15.000 m² of closed space with modern technological infrastructure.

In the year 1996 Cavo obtained the ISO 9000 Certificate, and from then on its quality just grew. From 2006 Cavo possessed the following Certificates ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

In 2012 the Company acquired the ASES Certificate (Renault's Quality System), and in 2015 the Q1 (Ford's Global Quality System) Certificate.

Cavo is also active on the automotive parts market. The Company provides its clients OEM quality standards, as well as a wide pallet of products which is continually expanding.

Cavo is the major supplier of cables for: Fiat, Renault, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Ford, Toyota, Lada, Skoda, Lancia.

Each year Cavo is widening its scope of export products and maintaining the dominant position on the home market. This progress will only continue with the development and strengthening of the brand.
